Yey... Managed to climb up the 'ladder' within a day! Afterall, my minesweeper logic skill is quite pro ok... Keke... (Btw, ZZ & CCT is me... Hehe..)
Anyway, in case anyone reading my blog is interested in minesweeper also, feel free to challenge and send ur score to be in the top 10!
Some quick observation of the game:
- it's not time-based, i.e. you don't gain more points by solving faster! So take ur time!
- the 'flag' function don't affect the points as well, just available for u be make marking
- the score seems to be based on no. of clicks u take to clear each stage, apparently, the more clicks, the higher score, regardless of how big u clear the area in each click... (weird)
- the total no. of mines for each round seems random, but should be incremental, starting btw 10-11 and slowly increase...
- each round should earn u around 1000 plus point, so to reach ard 12000, u need to clear at least 6-7 rounds...
- WARNING: there a bug which will not allow u to progress to next round even after u clear the present round! (which can be quite irritating if it happens at your 5th rounds and above!)
- the mouse pointer is very sensitive, as the play area is small, and instead of our usual top left point of the arrow, it uses a downwards arrow which is a bit user-unfriendly.. (IMHO)
So, have fun trying out! I shall check every now and then to see if my position is being overtaken! LOL... =p
